Description: Elucere takes great care to ensure all products are fairly and accurately described. The sizes shown are as accurate as possible. Colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the website, although opals are notoriously difficult to photograph their full spectrum of beauty, and the actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor and lighting.
Price: We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
Once an order is placed, we will send you an order acknowledgement and order update(s) e-mails. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute Elucere’s acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us. Products are subject to availability. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Elucere reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include product(s) unavailability, inaccuracies or errors in product description or price. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
We take the security of your details as a priority. Elucere use Stripe Pay to process credit and debit card payments. Stripe Pay is a certified PCI service level provider 1, which means all of our transactions are encrypted to the highest global standard. Credit/Debit card data is collected and encrypted via Stripe Pay and sent to bank securely. We do not store your card details. We hold EV SSL that provides the strongest encryption level available.
The product/s will be sent to the address given by you in your order form and stated in the order acknowledgement. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, Royal Mail interruptions or transport problems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Elucere shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password, account or order related emails.
We support all requirements of UK Data Protection Act 1968 and any modification thereof. When you shop on Elucere’s website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, payment card or other payment information. We do not retain your payment card details, which are completely removed from our system once your order is processed or cancelled. We will use the information you provided only for processing your orders and for the statistical purpose to improve service of this website to you. We will never disclose your personal information to any third party without your written consent.
All images, photographs or written material used on the Elucere website may not be reproduced, copied, stored or used in any way whatsoever without the prior written agreement and permission of Elucere. You may download and temporarily store pages in order to view them, for your own personal non-commercial use.

We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders. All orders are usually despatched within 1-3 working days and we will send you email confirmation of despatch. All deliveries will need to be signed for in person.

Any import duties or custom payments are the responsibility of the customer.
We hope you will be pleased with everything you bought from us, but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase or have changed your mind we are happy to accept return subject to our terms and conditions from UK buyers only. Elucere will only accept returns from international buyers if the product has been damaged or not as described.
You can return an unwanted product within 14 days from date of receipt. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund if products are not returned in saleable condition or if they have been damaged by the customer.
In order to return the unwanted items, firstly email us at Lucinda@elucere.co.uk and notify your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We will then issue a returns number. The Customer will be liable to pay the return postage.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of the refund. If your refund is approved, we will refund to your original method of payment.
The delivery charge is non-refundable.
We take great care while packing and despatching every order. We check every product to ensure it is in the condition as described and photographed in the product advert. However, if you receive a damaged / wrong product you will need to notify us within 7 days of your delivered order. We will issue a full refund of the product and delivery value once it has been returned.

While Wearing Silver & Opal Jewellery

· Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures.
Cleaning Silver & Opal Jewellery
· Wash your jewellery in lukewarm water; ensure it is completely dry before storing.
· Polish the silver bezel and chain with a silver polishing cloth.
· Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal or opal as they can cause scratching.
